CSU online and blended courses offer outstanding educational opportunities to our students, and Quality Assurance (QA) defines and assesses quality for online teaching and learning.

CSU provides extensive instructional quality training to help faculty with the design and deliver of courses that students can successfully complete.

 

QA Programs

  • CSU Quality Learning and Teaching (QLT) Instrument - Focuses on course design and delivery of online and blended courses. Consisits of a 57-item self/peer-review instrument openly available for use.

  • Quality Matters (QM) - Focuses on course design for online and blended courses. After completion of this program, faculty and staff will have access to a 42-item rubric.
